We all know some characters you do not want to piss off, I made a list for Vic due to her being my main but feel free to do up lists for your OCs or even canons for the fun of it, they can be serious reasons, humorous ones, or a mix of the two. Hell, could even add to other character's lists if you wanted to XD.
Anyways, here's my list.

Reasons not to piss Vic off:
Universal reasons:
Anything can become a projectile weapon, this includes but is not limited to: Tire jacks, tools, hub caps, and motorcycles. And yes, she will do it.
As a 6’1” redhead, certain personality quirks are implied, the fiery temper is certainly one she’s true to.
Not only will she kick someone’s ass, but she’ll crack wise at them while doing it.
Just because she doesn’t had a weapon in hand does not mean she cannot find one, use a common object as one, or take your’s.
There’s a sadistic streak behind that smile of her’s.
If you do manage to best her, she will not forget it and will go through every moment of the fight pinpointing the exact moments you got the upper hand against her and planning, in detail, how to turn them against you.
She’s creative, meaning she will find creative means of embarrassing you, knocking you one, or messing with your head.
She is not above tampering with one’s food for payback, and she’s sneaky about doing so.
She is also not one to take the high road, meaning if you fight dirty, so will she.
She has so many scars for a reason, that fact that she survived them alone should tell you she won’t back down or give in.
Revenge is a dish best served cold, in Vic’s case, it is a dish best served with a side of paranoia.
When she’s really about to tear into you is the worst, because when she’s serious you can’t read jack in her expression and she says nothing for a voice tone to be matched to an incoming action.
Tactical, tank, agile, why pick between just one fighting style? She just switches on a whim.
The well being of a target/adversary is of rather low importance.
Shattered Destinies reasons:
When she threatens to weld your head to your aft, she's not just being funny, she has the know how to actually do it.
When she threatens to turn you into a welding sculpture, she is not joking and has likely already begun contemplating designs and how your parts would fit.
Though she is the size of a tall human, she has damned big friends.
Tow chains, ‘nough said.
She may be a bad aim with guns, but she can use a throwing knife with near uncanny accuracy.
She likes blades, and she knows what to cut at with them to cause maximum damage for one her size.
She can go from repairing a friend to wanting to dismantle an enemy in a split second, something just ain’t right with a mind that can switch gears that quickly.
Being small only means she’s harder to hit and can get up in places where you really don’t want a pissed off redhead to be.

Devil’s Bloodline reasons:
Her weapons you tend to not see until it’s too late.
Getting a hit off on her may damage her, but her blood getting on you can also damage you.
Stabbing her with something is a generally bad idea, as she has a habit of using what you stabbed her with against you, toxic blood on it and all.
Sais hurt, especially when hooked into bones metal should never come in contact with.
Her mother (Jessica) is a good aim and had a fondness for shotguns, do the math.
She knows where that round you’re about to fire is aimed before it leave the barrel due to how her mind processes trajectory, good luck getting a proper aim on her.
Your allies become weapons, and are liable to get slammed into each other and you.
Underestimation, she looks like a normal, though unique, person but can make the least dangerous looking, non-bladed weapons seem like a weapon straight out of hell when they‘re in her hands, don’t underestimate the sais!

Team Knight Rider reasons:
She’s a rough around the edges street racer with an intelligent car as her partner, this will not end well for anyone who crosses them.
Morals? What’s that? The only morals she cares about are her own, they just happen to align with a decent cause.
She’s carrying a 24 year old grudge, that’s not a fire you wanna stick your hand in.
She’s accustomed to fighting off a 6’5”, 250 pound tank of a man and has downed him a few times, your average Joe better step up his game to avoid a collapsed ribcage.
Her order of options in a fight go something like this: Disarm, Disable, Deem creative methods necessary, Silence target. You do not want her to get beyond option 2.
Road rage got nothing on redhead rage.

xD I've got a few characters I can do this for:

Elina:
While always seeming to be childish and a glowing light of innocence, kind hearted and all, you strike her match and you're done for. Just as a Sparkling, she was already being shown the ropes, to prepare her future with the Decepticons and special in demolishing Tanks and Jets quick. Need I say more?
Though she may seem cute and cuddly, if you're her enemy, and she wraps her arms around your leg, it's NOT a hug, you're about to lose that leg.
Where she can be as reasonable as possible to avoid conflict in a bad situation, she wouldn't care if you're human or Cybertronian, Megatron, or Optimus, she's going to rip you several new ones you dare even mention harming Madeline. This cat-Bot will go angry psycho on your ass until she sees the threat is no longer there, even if that means extinguishing well... o0; everything.. You will be all over the place.
Elina is known to have processor glitches, having had a shit ton of damage, a lot of the time from her sibling. Get in her face during one of her glitches and you will get a hostile growl back.
This femme has one hell of a punch, with amazing strength for someone who's fifteen feet tall, she could create a jet judo all of her own. Image no. one? Hug the leg, spin around, chuck the robot.
She has some damn good endurance. Although she had good endurance in the first place, she's also added some high grade bulky ass armor. Piss her off, and speed is not an issue with her. Don't feed her a reason to be in rage.
That electricity of hers. Needing it to keep her Spark working properly, she's still not afraid to unless it on you. What all electricity might she have stored? This cat runs around outside during lightning storms, nuff said.
Piss her off after she's had hypro coffee... I mean ROYALLY piss her off, because normally she'll shake it away until you continue to be an ass. Your last words will be 'Oh I am so fucked.'

Danny:
Reason not to piss her off number one, who her Dad is and who her friends are, plus she's got two older brothers, finding someone to help kick your ass isn't hard.
Her temper, actually, from time to time, this teenager does have a temper. Mainly due from constant thoughts bad such, none really that good. She tends to have a slight fear of crowds from others she doesn't know and will get a little tense or just leave. This is due mainly from school of course, she hated being picked on, but she didn't give them want they wanted which was for her to blow up, so she'd go elsewhere. Still, that doesn't mean that today, YOU won't get it. If you piss her off enough with your speed, she could be chucking random objects at you like bullets or shuriken. Danny's temper normally involves a lot of weapons, her designing weapons and explosives.. She tends to have many.
Ha, easy, she may also be your medic one of these days. Piss her off badly enough, she believes in getting some sweet revenge now and then.
Harm the puppy and you won't know what hit you. Danny will have you up against the wall in no time, or down on the ground. Whether or not you're a big robot, she'll just slink in under your armor and threaten you with a bomb until you apologize kindly to her dog, Ambosine, and promise not to do it again. Making you repeat; "I *name*, promise not to even merely TOUCH a single hair on Ambosine's body. And if I do, then Danny is going to blow me sky high." Though her temper can go off the deep end, it'll normally be just growls unless you give her strict reasons to die or to never function properly again.
Lucky for you, she doesn't always resolve to violence, though she will resolve to pranks. From filling your office or room up with ice, or having your quarters be a walk in feathering, hell, she'll warp missile you into the girl's locker room and let a bunch of pissed off soldiers be after you instead.
She's Ratchet's daughter and inherited a few of his people skills, not only that, but she's stubborn as hell. Danny doesn't usually play around when you piss her off, if she is that pissed with you, your ass is grass, and will be used for the next taco salad.
She wasn't nicknamed by a Decepticon 'Ferret' for nothing. This girl can dart and leap about, jumping up and twisting in the air to avoid being hit by a missile, while returning fire. With super speed and agility, this girl is a hard catch. Hostage situations and careful plans make things easier, but not fool proof.

Vicky:
With an acid that can melt your armor like a stick of butter, it's merely common sense.
She will blast Techno Organics and humans as well, she doesn't care if you piss her off that far. Sparklings are also fair game.
She's fast a fuck, she can fly, she has a large tail that can make you feel like tomorrow just became yesterday, and she's got a fuck load of training. Whether it be to stay hidden or kill you, Vicky IS great with ambushes, her being thin and fifteen feet tall, she's hard to hit, merely if she twists to the side. Vicky is normally cranky in the least, most of the time, due to constantly being over heated, you do NOT want to dig the fiery pit for what's left of your funeral.
Vicky isn't afraid of punishment from the higher up Bots, as far as she believes, if you can't catch her, then she doesn't have a problem. Good luck catching the fox Bot.
Vicky isn't one to beg, she may just glare if you threaten her, though again if you're Megatron, she might have to worry. She'd never worry over her Spark though, it would melt him if that's how she chose to go out. Talk about your heart burn.
Along with training, she was supposed to be trained as a killing, ambushing, spying, infiltrating team. Because Elina was written off as dead when Starscream found Vicky, she had to take up the training of two, and will not hesitate to kill you.
Threaten Elina just once, or show you're a Decepticon that knows Elina's true identity, she will go out of her way nonstop, to kill you. ( Unless you're Megs of course, how would she hide that body? ) Melting down what's left of you isn't a problem to her.

Chainsmoker:
Other than the fact that she's a vampire? Piss her off badly enough and you're lunch, Spark and all extinguished.
Catch her on a rough day where she hasn't had a smoke and piss her off, she will grind you against something until there is no more.
Being about fifty feet tall, stepping on you isn't a problem.
Those big ass bat looking wings can also get you good. Not only with the spike for a claw, but with the fact they can known you just about anywhere.
She could fly up high with you and throw you down hard, Speedwind already learned how much that hurts.
If you piss her off while she's bored, she'll find many doom filled activities for the two f you.

I didn't see this earlier, and during the rest of my desk duty time, I'm gonna do a character or two as well!
SD/universal Cira:
- She's hard to catch, and fears NO obstacle, seeing it as a new thing to face and put to the test. When it comes to survival, she ain't gonna let anyone stand in her way.
- Cira has a violent streak. She likes to stomp on stuff when something is dead or broken, either just for fun or out of anger. She knows jumpstyle dancing and generally a lot of techniques from Karate that involve stomping with heels or her whole feet and weight, it can be very entertaining to watch, just hope it isn't you she's stomping on!
- She's probably one of the best there is in NJ when it comes to Parkour. If she's set on going somewhere or has to chase someone/be chased, chances are her small figure will get there far faster than you'd expect, and she will likely STILL be bouncing off the walls! Cira uses Parkour in ground battles as an edge all the time, it'd be wise to not underestimate her competence with ground based battle.
- Cira has great aim, on the ground or in the air. She knows self defense but she LOVES her guns. She'll get a bit carried away, angry or not, so watch out. Cira loves her AA12, small bombs, or pistols like the 500 Magnums. Her call sign is Tex for a good reason (Red VS Blue Tex)
- If you steal her food, there will be hell to pay. This often results in a snarl, glare, or something worse like a punch to the arm or side or some pressure point if she's obsessing over certain meals. Don't get in her way with food.
- Cira is very close to those at FLAG and many at NEST, she has valuable resources (weapons included) and is not afraid to use them!
- This small chick doesn't mess around. She's got a joking and fun loving side, but when she turns serious, IT'S BUSINESS TIME.
- Cira may be small, but going back to the first point, she can still kick ass thanks to what martial arts knowledge she has, Parkour, and her unpredictableness.
- The angrier she becomes, logically, the more damage she will create, and thus unpredictability increases.
- Cira is VERY protective. And like a lot of people, she'll go out of her way to protect those she cares about like Jazz or even fellow NEST operatives and Autobots (depending on her tools available). You get between her and them, I hope you can accept the risk.
- Not only does Cira love her vehicles, you mess around with any while she's around, especially ones that are hers or the AI's, she becomes...unfriendly very quickly.
TKR Cira
- The majority of the above save for chewing on A10's or hurting Jazz.
- Cira loves her vehicles, and therefore knows how to use them to her advantage, all though she respects KARR and the other AI's greatly.
- Disrespecting any of the AI's, especially KARR, will loose her interest, trust, opinion of you very quickly.
Twister The main reason you don't want Twister ticked off is because when she is, she often goes bezerk. Look out for that battle ax!!
- Don't harass her by messing with her rotors or just targetign them in fights (she goes bezerk!)
- Attempt to convince her she's not worthy of the Autobot's trust (that gets to her on an emotional level, if someone judges her because of her past she WILL be offended and get snappy, or worse depending on the situation) - sometimes mockery will make her snap if someone pushes the right buttons.
- Hurt others she cares about, or betray her (Fenestron knows that one first hand...)
Interceptor- Interceptor has a lot of weapons and alternate modes at his disposal, and he uses them interchangeably. He can do almost anything and go ANYWEHRE, when he has his sights set on a target, he's hard to stop, and a deadly force at that.
- He's got a powerful rail gun that can obliterate an armored semi with a direct hit, and missiles that can hit heilcopters at low altitudes.
- Hurt Elina or her sister
- Hurt anyone from FLAG (hurt anyone he cares about, he will become a cold hearted brawler in battle, it aint pretty)
- Dirty his interior (well that irritates him, KI3T and KARR more than anything)
I think that's it oO he's very patient like Twister...
Ratchet!
- The main reason not to piss off Ratchet is that when he gets stressed and over worked, he gets really LOUD when he's angry. He can fight, and is capable of kicking ass when needed.
- Dirty his med-bay
- Steal his stuff (especially if he finds out)
- Hurt his kids (biiig no no, he's protective about most of everyone at NEST) - or hurting others he cares about
- Criticize his work in an unconstructive fashion
- Ask for advice and then not take take it.
[/b] [li]KI3T and KARR are just as strong as Interceptor, if not stronger because of their nanomachines. Luckily, all three FLAG bots are very patient, but you do not want to piss them off or frustrate them if you get in their way or harm something they value by any amount, be the thing they value a person, place or thing. [/li][li]As most of you know, KI3T and KARR also are capable of shape shifting into various alternate modes, all though there is a limit beyond the common modes including the 4x4 modes. they have attack modes that can be used in virtually any form, as well as a submarine mode. Like Interceptor and Cira, they can get anywehre quite quickly, especially when they use Turbo Boost. It's often risky trying to engage them in battle! One thing that KARR has which KI3T does not is an Aerial Attack mode. That's another reason to not get on his bad side...[/li][/ul] William Lennox:- Will has basically every Bot and NEST operative on his side, therefore a lot of contact sources.
- And of course, he has access to just about any part of either NEST base.
[/b] [li]Jade could not get through security check points at Airports. At least she doesn't need to fly much. [/li][li]Jade has an amazing knack at throwing light blades, like kunai blades, and using light bladed weaponry in general, from ones like the Machete, to Sais, a broad sword and Katana (like the one Connor got for her first Christmas!). Jade's room(s) are filled with weaponry she's colleected, so dont' go poking around in it >.>, something might exploded or chop off a finger or toe...oO or even your head. [/li][li]Jade has a huge interest in martial arts, she's dabbled in a lot of different styles. Very agile like Cira, Jade is hard to target and hit. BEWARE OF NINJA [/li][li]Jade does have a bit of experience with Parkour and "general" knowledge in the art of 'escape'. With or with out either of her vehicles, she's pretty hard to catch unless she becomes fatigued. Fatigue is generally caused by anemia.[/li][/ul] [/b] [li]The main thing about Richard is he's part of the Prime family, he's got a lot of powerful beings on his side. [/li][li]Richard's ability is manipulating fire. He hasn't exactly mastered it yet and he can become emotional under stress...[/li][/ul][/color][/font]

Jasmin:
She grew up in the Detroit ghetto. Not only did she survive but she is brave, and back in the 'hood there are only two kinds of brave people, the skilled and the dead.
She has the balls to shoot Megatron in the face with a revolver.
She took down a Stunticon single-handedly.
Her best friends consist of a superweapon, said Stunticon, and Danny.
Wildrider will kill you if you so much as look at her wrong.
She understands how hostage situations work, she's been in them before. She will be able to tell if you need her alive and if you do you're screwed because she will make your life a living hell and annoy the crap out of you and you won't be able to do anything about it. Once she gets bored with this she will escape.
She's an escape artist.
She makes it a point to be unpredictable. Therefore she will not attempt escape during any time she deems predictable, such as being transported or someone entering whatever she is being held in. She will instead escape when there is seemingly no hope of her doing so. This is true until you know her well enough to know that she will attempt escape only at the most unlikely times in which case she will attempt escape at times she would deem predictable for most people, knowing you won't expect that. Of course this tactic can't work forever and eventually when you know her well enough she will arbitrarily switch between the two so you never know when to expect her to attempt an escape. There are also the instances where she decides to surprise herself, good luck at that point.
She's a little crazy. She doesn't know why she does half the stuff she does or that she's going to do it in the first place. Through some crazy voodoo magic this turns out to work to her advantage. Building a full sized duct tape pirate ship with functional duct tape cannons may seem pointless and frivolous but wait a bit and it'll somehow, beyond all logic and reason, be useful.
The only reason she has a clean record is because the cops have never been able to catch her. Like Cira, she is very skilled in parkour, especially when it comes to escape and evasion. Likely she will eventually find some spot out of sight where she can sit and watch while you run around in circles helplessly trying to find her.
She gained the nickname "Ceiling Cat" for a reason. She will quite literally rain death from above down upon your head.
She also gained the nickname "Crazy Ass Bitch" for a reason.
She's fiercely loyal to her friends and not above vengeance.
Once she's made up her mind there is no changing it. It doesn't matter who called a retreat or if all her allies are leaving. If she decided "bitches need to pay" bitches are gonna pay.
She will go to extremes to prove a point. This does not exclude proving a point to her friends or allies.
She doesn't carry a lot of firepower but she knows how to use it and she's got great aim.
Very few people expect someone to dance and fight at the same time. This adds to her excessive unpredictability.
People tend to like her. Best not to piss off the masses.

Hehe sounds fun.
BLITZWING -I think we all know Blitzwing is a three personalitied freak, and therefore has the capacity of three brains in one. So he outsmarts you. Ha! *Skybourne just rolls her eyes*
-He may seem like one to not be able to put up a fight, but don't underestimate him. When needed, his three personalities can actually become a team! *Skybourne nodds. True, true. I've seen it before. Of course, it was with my help.*
-Never, under any circumstances, get him pissed off at you. Whenever he sees you, his hot headed personality takes over, and his other two personalities have the hardest time getting and keeping control over the body. *Skybourne sighs. Trust me, she's right. I've seen it before.*
-If you do however get him pissed off at you, don't let him get a hold of you. Because if he does, he will tear you limb from limb. *Skybourne shruggs her shoulders. Don't know, I've always been able to escape before it got that far.*
