I thought it would be helpful to have a compiled list of Plot twists so everyone can find and browse them easily. There will be more added as they come, with the name of the thread they were revealed in to help track the progress of the story lines. These will also be grouped by what Spotlight Voting Round they were featured in (with an * by the Monthly Winner and a ~*~ by the Annual Winner) so people know how far back some of these actually go. Enjoy!

Revealed Plot Twists for June 2010 Spotlight Voting Round: None Revealed
Revealed Plot Twists for July 2010 Spotlight Voting Round: *Revealed in "Honor and Horror" and "Searching for Autobots and Answers" Allspark Shard lodged in Victoria's throat after an accident. It would kill her if removed yet the Decepticons would kill her to get it.
Revealed in "A Desperate Plea" Not only had Ultra Magnus been hiding on earth for 26 years undetected, but he also had a family, including two natural born Techno Organic sons.
*Revealed in "Return of a Lost Spark" Ultra Magnus' deceased wife, Andrea, returns as an Autobot, revived by Tarnish who built her new body.
Revealed in "High Orbit" Soundwave and Blaster discover they are in fact brothers, somehow separated and lost to each other long ago.
Revealed in "Awkward Situation", "Unexpected News", and "Knot Work Fire" Anterra and Optimus Prime become Sparkmates, then Optimus and later Jolt discover that Anterra is not an ordinary Autobot, but a lost Prime that had somehow been stranded and forgotten on Earth thousands of years ago.
Revealed Plot Twists for August 2010 Spotlight Voting Round: Revealed in "Visiting" Ultra Magnus and Cobalt's lost infant daughter, Anya, has been alive in cryo stasis in Tarnish's lab in California for the last three years.
Revealed in "Tortured Spark" Jazz' terrifying and increasingly more horrific nightmares since the Autobots found him alive three months ago has led him to a severe addiction to mech stimulants, a secret he's been hiding from his closest friends and the woman he loves.
Revealed in "Crisis of Faith" Victoria's intense bond to Wheeljack causes a ripple effect when Vic is killed during an intense fight, only for the Allspark Shard in her throat to resurrect her when Ironhide picks up and cradles her broken body, forging a creation bond between adoptive father and daughter and leaving Wheeljack in hard stasis and on the verge of death believing she is dead.
Revealed in "Crisis of Faith" and "The Unthinkable Nightmare" Megatron not only learns that Anterra and Optimus Prime are bonded Spark-mates, but that Anterra is also a Prime, leading to an insidious plan to torture and break Anterra with the intention of setting the feral Anterra on a killing spree against the Autobots and torturing Optimus with a fatal choice.
Revealed in "Flying High" and "A Prisoner's Contemplations" Starscream is captured by the Autobots after being shot down by Cira Landers, only to reveal that he wishes to join the Autobots. But is this another of the traitorous Starscream's ruses or is his offer truly sincere?
*Revealed in "Crisis of Faith" Optimus loses faith in himself and leaves, completely cutting himself off from the the Autobots and those he loves, only to cause a detrimental chain reaction that threatens everything he holds dear to him.
Revealed Plot Twists for September 2010 Spotlight Voting Round: None Revealed
Revealed Plot Twists for October 2010 Spotlight Voting Round: *Revealed in "Bad Sun" and "Separation" Wildrider's friendship with Jasmin, the niece and look-alike of his old friend Geri, causes him to decide to ask for Soundwave's help to irrevocably sever his gestalt bond with the Stunticons and change sides to the Autobots.
Revealed in "Crisis of Faith" and "The Unthinkable Nightmare" The Allspark shard in Victoria's throat not only resurrected her, but used Ironhide's very Spark to change her, forging an unexpected Creation bond between Victoria and her adoptive father, completing a true Cybertronian Spark bond between her and Wheeljack, giving her an actual Spark, giving back her voice, and granting her the ability to communicate with the Autobots through their internal coms in the process.
Revealed Plot Twists for November 2010 Spotlight Voting Round: *Revealed in "Independent No More" and "Reuniting the Lost" Newt visits family in California only to find a lost orphaned boy named Jared Miller. Jared is searching for his father whom he's never met with only a photograph and a first name to go on. Newt recognizes the man in the photo and realizes Wheeljack is Jared's father, offering to take him to meet the Autobot's Mechanical Engineer in person. The reunion of father and son shocks everyone, especially Wheeljack, and Jared discovers just how special he really is, as only the fourth known Natural Born Techno Organic.
Revealed Plot Twists for December 2010 Spotlight Voting Round: ~*~Revealed in "The Long Awaited Prize" The horrific realization comes to Ultra Magnus and his Spark mate Cobalt that because of the extensive damage done to his center chassis by Megatron not once but twice, his Sparkling chamber, the Cybertronian equivalent to a womb of sorts, is utterly obliterated, rendering Magnus incapable of ever carrying a newly spawned Sparkling. Such news weighs on the proud mech far more heavily than anyone anticipated, even his own brother Optimus and his beloved Cobalt could not foresee the depths of despair coming to the tall white Cybrtronian warrior.
Revealed in "The Long Awaited Prize" After suffering extreme psychological trauma at the hands of Megatron's diminutive yet sadistic physician, Scalpel; Archetype, a once friendly and compassionate young bot has been rendered mute out of fear of losing his voice and all that he loves again, either refusing or unable to speak, though which is as yet unknown.
*Revealed in "The Birth of Superion" The last stable Sparks spawned from the Allspark before it was launched to the stars were carried, each in turn, by Wheeljack, making him their surrogate father. Those five Sparks became the components of the Autobot Seeker gestalt Superion, a gestalt that Wheeljack 'created' via interconnecting the five pods to a data node to transfer the gestalt bond programming Wheeljack created to the five Aerialbot Sparks, making Superion his own creation and essentially his son.
