When things get dull, everyone enjoys a good prank... Except the mark, but they often get into the spirit of things and laugh, knowing full well that payback is not a female canine, but a glorious triumph when pull off well.
I'd like to see someone fuel Starscream with Bubblesolution instead of jet-fuel. How crazy would that look?
Fill Prime's tires with helium.... He'd float off the road! (not really, but I'd pay real money to hear him take a hit!)
Shove a old cassette tape of some really vile 80's band into Soundwave while he's hiding and jamming the play button...
Reverse the polarity of all of the energon-cubes without telling anyone...
While imitating Starscreams voice, waking Megatron over trivial matters... "These damned smurfs are attacking again!"
Calling the D.O.T. and reporting Prime or Magnus and watching as they baffle the shit out of the Weighmaster looking at his scale screaming "One-at-a-time please!" ..... These are just what hit me right off the top of my head... *grins*

After spending the better part of a day banging around in the shed and not letting anyone close, HammerLane waits until everyone is out of HQ before installing a rather odd looking, slightly larger than humaniod sized box next to one of the sensor arrays.
It gets noticed right away, but no one is willing to put too much effort into scanning it, as a prank this elaborate often has fangs or other means of making the first really curious party the butt of the joke.
It doesn't take long before the alert sounds, only instead of the normal klaxxon, the box pops open and Robbie-the-robot starts advancing, swinging his arms and shouting, "DANGER! DANGER! DANGER, Will Robinson..... er. Optimus Prime. Danger! Danger! Danger! Optimus Prime."

Reconfiguring the computer to sound music through the PA speaks to "wrestler announce" various bots as they enter the NEST. Flight of the Bumblebees for Bumblebee, Panama for Jazz, Peter Gunn for Prime, Another Bites the Dust for Ironhide, Dr. Feelgood for Ratchet, etc all.
To be done properly, it should only work on one target at a time, and it set to trigger another change when the first prank-script is culled.

One of the more complex pranks involves the use of an anti-graviton generator. Install it in someone's office and carefully rearrange the office on the ceiling. Be sure to have cameras on the office for the victim's return.

Optimus and Ultra Magnus are testing new weapons, with HammerLane in truck form braced and set, while connected to an auxiliary power supply....
Optimus: "Pull!"
The railgun discharges with a audible release, before the lobbed object, Rumble goes sailing across the sky crying out, "Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" As Optimus fires and misses.
Ultra Magnus: "Your a little low and to the left. Pull!"
The railgun discharges again, with a wave sounding release before Frenzy sails through the air. Ultra's aim is true, and the weapon impact causes Frenzy to explode, descending lazily in little silvery puffs of debris.
Soundwave walks up just then, "Your test is complete." Producing a oversized broom and dustpan he collected the Frenzybits. "You are fortunate I have these parts numbered for this contingency."

Grab an unsuspecting Bot's bio-interface cable and interface it with a Fire Hydrant. Should make for an easy way to Flood their attention, or Brainwash them....

We have all heard of adding sugar to the gas tank of a car... But what would happen if you added dielectric grease to the energon of a Autobot?
