As of late we have gotten some newer members who seem to think they can come in and try to dictate to us how to run this site. Not all are guilty of it but some have been. They come in, begin to criticize the way this site has been working for near a year, throw a tantrum when they don't get their way and act as if they are entitled. I have stayed pretty silent in regards to this, but no more, as this needs to be said.
If you come to this site thinking you're going to bully us into a corner and make us change and bend over backwards to appease you, then you can suck on it.
This site has run for about a year and was going considerably smoothly until the immature antics of some newcomers, idiots who have tried to bully us, degrade us and tell us how to run things. Suggestions are one thing but falling to immature guilt trips, insult tactics and trying to turn the long standing members against each other is not suggesting jack, it's sabotage. Yet even after these little tactics we still stand, and we will keep standing.
The actions of some of the newer members who do come here with ill intentions has, however, began to force a wedge between us, that cannot be allowed. I say this to the older members as well as the newer who have come here with good intentions, open your eyes, see this is what they are trying to do and do not fall prey to their tactics.
There is always going to be good and bad, there are going to be disagreements, there are going to be upsets, but what makes this site stand strong is that fact that we do not let it pull us apart. Now it is becoming a more common occurrence than it had been previously, do not let this time of trail tear us apart, we've stood through too much to be taken down now.
To the newer members who have come here looking for a place to call home, for friendships and experience, you are welcomed here, but do understand after what some have pulled we may be slightly on edge, that will let up after we get to know you, and once we do you will notice a much warmer atmosphere. We have had too many try to tear us apart, hang with us while we grow use to your presence, humor and feel secure in your intentions.
And to those who come here with ill intent, those who expect us to change the RP to fit your ideals and those who expect us to take your backlash, degrading, immature attempts to tear us down, I have this to say. We have stood together through ones like you before and we're still standing, you are not the first, you will not be the last, but we will still be here long after you are no more than a memory.
